The firm was founded in 1970 as little artisan business of turning. The owner, Ugo Della Concordia, set up this business with energy and determination, at first producing spare parts for different applications, later becoming a specialist in producing universal joints, then consolidating his business on national and foreign markets.

The intense precision in turning and rectifying and the constant devotion to this work soon confirmed the universal joints produced by the firm as a high quality product and easily available.

In fact, the firm business is based on some principles i.e. supply an excellent product for a particular market and establish a confidential and cooperative business with all parts.


These assembly lines allowed this business to progress from an artisan business to an organised company which produces 4.000 universal joints daily in a 2.000 square meters establishment, with the usual passion.

The firm develops all production stages: turning of the press-forged, heat treatment, grinding and assembling into three departments. Each universal joint is marked "Made in Italy", another guaranty of quality.
